Jewish Museum Milwaukee and the Nathan and Esther Pelz Holocaust Education Resource Center have scheduled a Jewish educational day trip to the Illinois Holocaust Museum & Education Center (IHMEC) in Skokie, Ill., on Wednesday, March 30.
The trip, from 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., will also include a tour of Congregation Ezra-Habonim to view its holiday-themed stained glass windows.
The IHMEC visit will include a docent-led tour and a presentation by a member of the Skokie Survivors Speakers’ Bureau.
The cost per person is $54, which includes round-trip motor coach transportation, a kosher box lunch and all admission fees. The bus departs from and returns to the Bayshore Town Center Park and Ride on N. Port Washington Road in Glendale.
