Jane Camille Forman, nee Lasocki, died Dec. 18. She was 91.
She was a native Milwaukeean. She graduated from Bay View High School and attended Miss Brown’s Business School. She worked as a bookkeeper.
Her special interests included swimming, travel, reading, card games, and word games.
Her husband, Abraham W. “Cal” Forman, died in 1992. She is survived by her daughter, Berri (Hal Karas) Forman; brother Norris Lasocki; three grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
Goodman-Bensman Whitefish Bay Funeral Home handled the arrangements. Rabbi Marc Berkson officiated at the funeral on Dec. 21. Burial was in Wisconsin Memorial Park.
The family would appreciate memorial contributions to the Jewish Home and Care Center or the American Cancer Society.
