Madison federation elects officers

The Jewish Federation of Madison elected new officers at its annual meeting, held this year on Nov. 14.

Kathy Blumenfeld was elected president. She succeeds Lester Pines, who completed a three-year term. Professionally, Blumenfeld is vice president of CUNA Mutual Group’s Lender Development Program.

Also elected were: Daniel Kaplan, Deborah Minkoff, and James Stein, vice presidents; Diane Seder, assistant vice president; Gary Friedman, general secretary; Milanie Cleere, recording secretary; Marc Shovers, treasurer; William Haus, Jeffrey Levy, and Thomas Palay, assistant secretaries; and James Youngerman and Adam Gamoran, assistant treasurers.
