Lubavitch of Wisconsin in Milwaukee has scheduled a Chanukah Car Menorah Parade and Grand Celebration to take place on Sunday, Dec. 5.
The plans call for three different groups to assemble in different parts of the Milwaukee area. One group will meet in the Red Arrow Park in downtown Milwaukee at 3 p.m. It is scheduled to join a group from Glendale at Green Tree Rd. and Green Bay Ave. at about 3:45 p.m. A third group from Mequon is scheduled to leave that area about 3:30 p.m. and join the other two at Green Bay Ave. and Brown Deer Rd.
All three will then converge on the Bayshore Town Center Rotunda for a Chanukah menorah-lighting and celebration that will begin around 5 p.m.
