The Milwaukee Jewish Community Chorale elected new officers and board members at its annual meeting in August.
Officers are: Donna Neubauer and Judy Wolkenstein, co-presidents; Niki Skinner, vice president; Barbara Peltin, recording secretary; Merzy Eisenberg, corresponding secretary; Alan Matsoff, treasurer.
Board members are: Elaine Friesler, Marlene Loeb, Laila Rosen, Howard Shimon, and Barbara Simon; immediate past president, Bobbe Abrams; professional staff members Enid Bootzin Berkovits, music director; and Geraldine Stone, accompanist.
The chorale plans to present two programs during the Chanukah season:
• Chanukah Concert at Chai Point, 1300 N. Prospect Ave., on Sunday, Dec. 5, 2 p.m.
• Special Needs Chanukah Party at Congregation Beth Israel, 6880 N. Green Bay Ave., on Tuesday, Dec. 7, 12:30 p.m.
