Joe Ellner, owner of Relax the Back in Bayshore Town Center, was named Franchisee of the Year at the corporation’s annual convention in Houston, Texas, on May 26.
The award is given to the top performing franchisee based on sales, exceptional customer service and “operating according to the business model.
Opened in 1996, the Glendale store is one of 110 stores across the country.
