Matthew Cory Zigan celebrated becoming a bar mitzvah Oct. 25 at Beth El Ner Tamid Synagogue. He is the son of Jaclyn and Harold Zigan of Mequon.
The maternal grandparents are Joyce (Irv) Kahn of Bayside and Joel (Marilyn) Abramson of Thiensville. Elizabeth (John) Whirry of Milwaukee is the paternal grandmother.
Matthew is a student at Lake Shore Middle School.
