Benjamin Taibleson has been awarded the Edgar M. Cullen prize for best paper written by a first-year law student at Yale Law School.
Taibleson wrote the paper, titled “Forgiving Breach: Understanding the Damages Preference,” during the 2007-2008 academic year, and the award was announced and presented in October this year. The paper will be published in the Quinnipiac Law Review.
Taibleson is the son of Lisa Simons of Milwaukee and Michael Taibleson of River Hills. He is a graduate of Nicolet High School and the University of Wisconsin-Madison where he majored in economics and political science.
