Stephanie Phillips will celebrate becoming a bat mitzvah on Aug. 9 at Congregation Sinai. She is the daughter of Nancy and Scott Phillips of Whitefish Bay. She is the sister of Andrew, 14.
The maternal grandparents are Anita and Robert Stone of Glendale. Nancy Phillips of Mequon is the paternal grandmother. Beatrice Phillips of Whitefish Bay is the paternal great-grandmother.
Stephanie is a student at Whitefish Bay Middle School.
