Norma Siegel

Norma Siegel (nee Hellerman), of Glendale, died on May 20 at the age of 80.

Born in Chicago, Siegel came to Wisconsin in 1956. She worked for many years as an optical assistant at Court Optical in Milwaukee.

A member of Beth El Ner Tamid Synagogue, she was also active in the synagogue sisterhood, Women’s American ORT-Wisconsin Chapter, and City of Hope. According to her family, she enjoyed playing bridge and reading.

She is survived by husband Harold Siegel; daughter Sherry (David) Weinberg of Mequon; sons Jeff (Carrie) Siegel of South Orange, N.J. and Stewart (Birgit) Siegel of Frankfurt, Germany; and seven grandchildren.

Rabbi Yitzchak Berman officiated at graveside services held on May 21 at Mound Zion Cemetery.

The family appreciates contributions to the charity of the donor’s choice.
