A son, Braden Robert (Hebrew name Gidel), was born May 9 to Stacey and Pierce Hubbard of Easton, Pa. He is their first child.
The maternal grandparents are Marlene and Ron Berg of Glendale. Caroline (Jay) Alterman of Neenah and Frank (Bonnie) Hubbard of Bonita Beach, Fla., are the paternal grandparents.
Elizabeth McApline of Virginia Beach, Va., and Irene Alterman of Philadelphia are the paternal great-grandmothers.
The baby is named in memory of his maternal great-grandfather, George Berg, and his paternal great-grandfather, Robert McAlpine.
