Funeral services were held Jan. 3 for Zona Selensky (nee Dworkis) of Mequon. She died Jan. 2 at the age of 69.
She was born in Milwaukee and graduated from North Division High School. She worked as a secretary at the old Congregation Beth Israel on Teutonia Ave. and later for the State of Wisconsin, primarily at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. She was a member of Congregation Shalom.
Survivors include sisters Charlotte Levy of Skokie, Ill., Lauren Kirsch-Lee of Palo Alto, Calif., and Debbie (George) Schmania of Las Vegas; and sister-in-law Reva Reitman Schlonsky of Milwaukee. Her husband, Morris Selensky, died in 1996.
Rabbi Shlomo Pontos officiated at the service. Burial was at Second Home Cemetery.
