Robert L. Arnold

Milwaukee native Robert L. Arnold died April 16 in Rancho Mirage, Calif. He was 82.

He graduated from Washington High School 1936 and also from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Soon after, he moved to California, where he ran several restaurant operations in the Los Angeles area.

His special interests included boating and gardening.

He is survived by his wife, Esther (Tiny) Arnold; daughter Terri Claire of Seattle; son Richard Arnold, also of Seattle; step-sons Mark (Patti) Stein and Gary (Marley) Stein, both of Milwaukee; two grandchildren; six step-grandchildren; and four step-great-grandchildren.

Private services were held in Palm Springs, Calif.
