Rive “Evelyn” Goldman (nee Kassoff) of Glendale died Sept. 24 of renal cell carcinoma. She was 73.
She was born in Milwaukee and graduated in 1948 from North Division High School.
A wife, mother and grandmother, she was a member of Temple Menorah and its Sisterhood.
Her hobbies included golf, bowling, and attending movies and theater performances. Also, she enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Her survivors include husband Sidney Goldman; daughters Cheryl Goldman of Garberville, Calif., and Karen (Michael) Waxman-Spavin of Coral Gables, Fla.; sons Jay (Cindy) Goldman of Milwaukee and Michael Goldman of New York City; and two grandchildren.
Rabbi Gil-Ezer Lerer conducted services on Sept. 29. Burial was in Beth Hamedrosh Hagodel Cemetery.
