Pierce A. Karp

Lifelong Milwaukeean Pierce A. Karp died July 9 of congestive heart failure. He was 78.

He is survived by three daughters, Randy Sue Karp and Karen Karp (fiancé Thomas August) NeSmith, both of Milwaukee, and Pamela Karp (Robert) Dubester of Mequon; and four grandchildren. His wife, Marion Karp (nee Rosen), died in 1996.

Graveside services were held at Mound Zion Cemetery.

As he also suffered from Alzheimer’s disease, the family suggested memorials to the Alzheimer’s Association of Southeastern Wisconsin or the American Heart Association.
