Marshall Kadwit

Longtime Milwaukeean Marshall Kadwit of Bayside died Jan. 11 at the age of 75. The cause of death was pancreatic cancer.

Born and raised in Kenosha, he graduated from Temper High School in 1947 and the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1951.

He pursued a career as a stockbroker and was employed by the Robert W. Baird firm.
He was a member of Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun where he held a variety of offices, his family said.

His special interests included theater performances and all spectator sports. He was a “dedicated blood donor extraordinaire — the highest in the state,” according to his family.

Survived by wife Jacquie, daughter Betsy of Minneapolis, and two grandsons, he was followed in death by son Howard (Lori) of Deer Valley, Utah, three days later, also of pancreatic cancer. A double funeral was held.

Rabbi Dena Feingold officiated at funeral services Jan. 17. Burial was private.

Memorials to PanCAN, 2141 Rosecrans Ave., Suite 7000, El Segundo, CA 90245 would be appreciated by the family.
