Former furniture salesman Jack B. Mishlove of Brown Deer died May 27 of kidney failure following heart surgery. He was 82.
He was born in Ripon and graduated in 1938 from Berlin (Wis.) High School. He owned and operated Mishlove’s Furniture Store there until moving to Milwaukee in 1967 when he became a salesman for other stores, including Bilt-Rite Furniture Store.
He belonged to Beth El Ner Tamid Synagogue. His special interests included reading, music, studying Judaism and spending time with his family.
He is survived by daughter Sally Mishlove of Minneapolis; son Steven (Lauren) Mishlove of Phoenix, Ariz.; sisters-in-law Rachel Mishlove and Rose Mishlove, both of Milwaukee; three grandchildren; and his former wife Marjorie Mishlove (nee Holman) of Phoenix.
Rabbi Gideon Goldenholz officiated at the funeral on May 29. Burial was in Second Home Cemetery.
