Howard Bergman

Longtime Milwaukee-area resident Howard Bergman died on Aug. 10 at the age of 67.
A native of Chicago, he came to Milwaukee in 1958 and started his own business, Wisconsin TV Tube Sales, a manufacturer of TV and medical tubes. He went on to found a rubber stamp manufacturing company and was also the owner of About Face Salon.

Bergman was a member of The Shul as well as B’nai B’rith.

He liked sports, was an avid golfer and loved to travel, according to his family. He and his wife took many cruises together, and they enjoyed a trip to China and Vietnam in 2000. Above all, he loved his family, they said.

He is survived by his wife Elayne (nee Chess) of Mequon; daughters Michelle (Larry) Erlich of Mequon and Mindy (David) Palay of Bayside; sister Marilyn (Jordan) Borns of Las Vegas; and two grandchildren.

Funeral services were held Aug. 13. Rabbi Shmaya Shmotkin officiated. Burial was at Second Home Cemetery.
