Funeral services were held Aug. 1 for Esther Becker (nee Davidoff.) She died July 29 at Sinai Samaritan Medical Center at the age of 92.
She was a former Fox Point resident and lived at Chai Point at the time of her death. Her family said she was a beautiful, loving and caring woman.
The Milwaukee native belonged to Congregation Beth Israel, Hadassah, The Jewish Home and Care Center Auxiliary, and Women’s American ORT.
She is survived by daughter Sandra (Gil) Fooden of Fox Point; son Nathan Becker of Milwaukee; sister Ann Davidson; sister-in-law Marion Dwaskin; five grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Becker, in 1982.
Burial was at Second Home Cemetery. Rabbi Jeffrey Orkin officiated.
