Charlotte P. Schulman

Milwaukee native Charlotte P. Schulman (née Parelskin) of Brown Deer died June 18. She was 80.

She graduated from Washington High School in 1942 and the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1946.

A member of Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun and its sisterhood, she was also a life member of the Jewish Home and Care Center, Hadassah-Milwaukee Chapter, and Women’s American ORT-Wisconsin Chapter. A homemaker, she enjoyed golf, travel, playing cards and her family.

She is survived by husband Cyril (“Cy”) H. Schulman; daughters Jill (Steven) Sandler of Bayside; Marcia (Alan) Schulman of Bayside; and Julie (Chip) Muchin of Dallas; sons, Alan (Marcia) Schulman of Bayside; David (Joan) Schulman of Summit, N.J; and Barry (Cheri) Schulman of Brown Deer; and seven grandchildren.

Rabbi Steven Adams officiated at graveside services June 21 in Mound Zion Cemetery.

Memorials to the Jewish Home and Care Center or Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun would be appreciated by the family.
