Funeral services were held June 24 for Abraham Schwalb of Fox Point. He died June 22 of a heart attack at the age of 77.
He was born in Jozefow, Poland, and came to Milwaukee from Israel in 1958. He worked here as a livestock dealer. He was a member of Temple Menorah.
His survivors include his wife, Adele Schwalb (nee Shankin); son Richard (Kitty) Schwalb of Mequon; and daughter Sandi (Steven) Rabin of Northbrook, Ill.
Rabbi Isaac Lerer officiated at the funeral. Burial was in Second Home Cemetery.
Memorials to the American Heart Association or the Jewish National Fund would be appreciated by the family.
