Frazer named 2007 Burton Award Winner

Douglas H. Frazer, a partner at DeWitt Ross & Stevens Law Firm in Milwaukee, was recently named a 2007 Burton Award Winner for his article “Absurdist Humor and the Form-Substance Dialectic in Tax Law,” featured in the August 21, 2006 edition of Tax Notes.

The Burton Award for Legal Achievement honors effective legal writing by law firm partners and law students.

Frazer and the 30 other recipients received their awards during a ceremony on June 4 in the Great Hall of the Library of Congress in Washington, DC.
