Strouse-Gasser

Idala Strouse and Jonathan Gasser, D.D.S., were married Aug. 26 at Spiaggia in downtown Chicago. Rabbi Michael Tillman officiated.

The bride is the daughter of Edith and the late Frederick Strouse of Milwaukee. Idala graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1995 with a B.A. in history and from John Marshall Law School in 1999. She works as an attorney.

The groom’s parents are Marlene and Max Gasser of Kansas City, Kan. Jonathan graduated from the University of Kansas in 1987 with a B.S., and from the University of Missouri-Kansas City Dental School in 1991. He performed his residency and fellowship at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. He is employed as a dentist.

The maid of honor was Dara Ury of Evanston, Ill. The groomsmen were Kevin Gasser of Los Angeles, and Jim Gasser of Kansas City, Kan.

The couple resides in Chicago.
