Bat Mitzvah: Michaela Bear

Michaela Bear will celebrate becoming a bat mitzvah on Oct. 20 at Congregation Shalom. She is a daughter of Drs. Laurel and Brian Bear of Fox Point. She is sister to Alexandria, 20 and Samantha, 17.

Her maternal grandmother is Ruth Duenk of Grafton. Nancie Bear of Glendale and David Bear of Boynton Beach, Fla., are the paternal grandparents.

Michaela is a student at Maple Dale Middle School.

David Hermanoff

David Hermanoff will celebrate becoming a bar mitzvah on Oct. 13 at Congregation Shalom. He is a son of Sara and Mark Hermanoff of Mequon. He is brother to Robbie, 9, and Bennett, 5.

The maternal grandparents are Barbara and Philip Cohen of Deerfield, Ill. Marybeth and Alan Kravets of Deerfield and Sandy and Michael Hermanoff of Bingham Farms, Mich., are the paternal grandparents.

David is a student at Milwaukee Jewish Day School.

Elana Beth Lambert

Elana Beth Lambert will celebrate becoming a bat mitzvah on Oct. 20 at Congregation Shalom. She is the daughter of Wendy and Steven Lambert of Shorewood. She is sister to Zachary, 10, and JJ, 8.

The maternal grandparents are Joyce and Jon Gudeman of Milwaukee.
Elana is a student at Shorewood Intermediate School.
