A daughter, Judith Leah Davis, was born April 3 to Francie Mallin Davis and Ben Davis of Milwaukee. She is their first child.

The maternal grandfather is Sanford Mallin of Milwaukee. Minna Grabin Davis of Philadelphia and Jeffrey Davis of Scranton, Pa., are the paternal grandparents.

The baby is named in memory of her maternal grandmother, Judy Mallin, and her paternal grandmother, Lola Grabin.
