Krasno chairs mental health conference

Gloria Krasno is chair of “Caring for the Soul: Best Practices in Mental Health Ministry,” a conference to take place on Wednesday, Oct. 27, 8 a.m.-4:30 p.m. at the Cousins Center, 3501 S. Lake Dr.

The event is the third regional “Caring for the Soul” conference sponsored by the Mental Health Association in Milwaukee County, Milwaukee County Behavioral Health Division and the Interfaith Conference of Greater Milwaukee, in partnership with several other agencies including Jewish Family Services .

The conference will host people and organizations of all faiths: clergy, parish nurses, mental health professionals, consumers and family members.
