JFS adds art and dance/movement therapy

Luanne Alberts, a specialist in art and dance/movement therapy, has joined Jewish Family Services, Inc., as a clinical case manager.

Alberts is working with clients of all ages, helping individuals express themselves and find healing through various art forms.

A native of Milwaukee, Alberts earned a bachelor’s degree from Mount Mary College in Wauwatosa and a master’s degree in Expressive Arts in Therapy from Lesley University in Cambridge, Mass.

She most recently provided in-home therapy through the Norris Adolescent Center based in Mukwonago and taught at University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Mount Mary College.
