Goldenholz to mark Chai anniversary

Rabbi Gideon Goldenholz, spiritual leader of Beth El Ner Tamid Synagogue, will celebrate his chai (18th) anniversary of service to the synagogue on June 13-14. A 6 p.m. Shabbat dinner on Friday will be followed by an 8 p.m. Kabbalat Shabbat service and Oneg Shabbat. On Saturday, a 9 a.m. service will be followed by a Kiddush luncheon.

Also, in his honor, a tribute garden will be planted and a special Rabbi Goldenholz Educational Fund will be established.
