War vets scholarships open for applications

The Morris R. Guten Auxiliary No. 487 of the Jewish War Veterans of the USA has scholarships ranging from $500 to $1,000 available for qualified 2003 high school graduates to put toward their first semester of higher education.

Scholarships will be awarded on Sunday, May 18, at Congregation Emanu-El B’ne Jeshurun.
