JCP arranges shofar blowing for patients

The Jewish Chaplaincy Program, a program of the Milwaukee Jewish Federation in cooperation with Jewish Family Services, has arranged for patients/residents in area hospitals and facilities to hear the shofar on Rosh HaShanah.

The shofar blowers and locations are: Sidney Doppelt, Marian Franciscan Center and St. Michael Hospital; Chaim Liff, St. Joseph’s Hospital; Rabbi Eliezer Halperin and students from the Wisconsin Institute for Torah Study, Columbia Hospital; Rabbi Moshe Rapoport, St. Mary’s—Ozaukee; and Rabbi Yosef Samuels, Aurora Sinai Medical Center.
