Menucha Rochel Milchtein

A daughter, Menucha Rochel, was born August 29 to Rabbi Alexander and Riva Milchtein of Milwaukee. She joins sisters Chaya Mushka, 5, Yehudis, 4, Soreh Malkeh, 3, and Chana, 1.

The maternal grandmother is Eva Kokin of Seattle. The paternal grandparents are Asya Ischenko and Zinoviy Milchtein, both of Moscow, Russia.

The paternal great-grandmother is Roza Zaretskaya of Moscow.

The baby is named in memory of the daughter of the second Lubavitcher Rebbe, Dov Ber Schneerson.
