Osher Catering partners with Zilli Hospitality Group

Osher Catering, run by Sharon Siegel Langer, has become a division of Zilli Hospitality Group in a partnership designed to deliver kosher and eastern European Jewish-style cuisine to a broader market.
As Siegel Langer explained in a telephone conversation, her Café Osher firm and label still does strictly kosher catering, with food prepared at the kitchen of Anshe Sfard Kehillat Torah synagogue. In her partnership with Zilli, she can bring kosher and Jewish-style food to a larger number of local venues and events, with Zilli providing planning and furnishings and Osher supervising the food, she said.
According to a release, Zilli Hospitality Group is based in Waukesha, has more than 40 years of experience, and is the largest off-site caterer in southeast Wisconsin.
In addition to owning Café Osher, Siegel Langer runs the food service at the Hillel Foundation at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
