Home Care Assistance expands into Wisconsin

Home Care Assistance, a franchise company based in Palo Alto, Calif., is expanding its operation into Wisconsin this month.

The firm provides in-home, non-medical care for seniors. Its Wisconsin operation, according to a release, will be run by Milwaukee native Rick Cohen, who has more than 30 years of business and human resource management experience.
