Chorale to perform at St. Joseph Center

The Jewish Community Chorale under the direction of Enid Bootzin, will participate in “Planting Seeds of Peace,” an interfaith event hosted by the School Sisters of St. Francis on Sunday, Sept. 14.

“Planting Seeds of Peace,” which will take place at St. Joseph Center, 1501 S. Layton Blvd., from 2-5 p.m., will incorporate various cultural, artistic, religious and social expressions of peace. Presentations will last 20-30 minutes with a brief pause between presentations to allow time to savor the meaning of peace in each expression.

The chorale’s presentation is scheduled for 3:20 p.m. in St. Joseph’s Chapel.
