Walker signs bill against Israel boycotters

Gov. Scott Walker signed an Israel-related bill into law on April 3, in the presence of several activists and political figures. The legislation bars the state from entering into contracts with companies that boycott Israel. The law applies to companies, not people, and only to contracts in excess of $100,000.
