Leadership changes at Hillel Milwaukee

Hillel Milwaukee has hired Marc Cohen as interim executive director after the departure of Heidi Rattner, who has directed the organization since 2004.

Cohen served as executive director of Congregation Shalom for nearly 17 years and has served in senior positions in the health care and banking industries. Hillel is working with Hillel International in a search for a permanent executive director.

Grace Fantle is Hillel Milwaukee’s new director of Jewish student life and learning. She will help implement cultural, educational, community service, religious and social programming.

Shay Yoos has also joined Hillel Milwaukee as its new Israel Campus Fellow, a position funded by the Milwaukee Jewish Federation. She will work on Israel education and programming.

At its June board meeting, Hillel Milwaukee voted to approve a new slate of executive officers. Laurence Yudkovitch was elected as board president, Cindy Levy as vice president and Joshua Burns as secretary. Steven Meyerson was re-elected as treasurer.
